盛群新推出TinyPowerTM低电压差电源稳压IC HT7850 HT7850-AHT7850 HT7850-A继广获好评的HT71XX、HT73XX、HT75XX系列之后，盛群半导体进一步推出更高输出电流的低压差稳压器(Low Dropout Regulator -- LDO) HT72XX及HT78XXHT7850 HT7850-A。主要特色是仅5微安的极低静态电流及低输出入电压差(Vdrop)，因此可有效延长电池寿命。此外，它也拥有高输入电压及高输出电压准确性的卓越性能。由于结合低静态电流及低输出入电压差的特点，使得HT72XX及HT78XX成为多颗电池应用的最佳解决方案。内建的保护功能有过电流及过热保护，为系统及IC提供必要的保护。

General Description
The HT7850 HT7850-A series of positive, linearregulators features low quiescent current (5mA typ.) with low dropout voltage, making themideal for battery applications. The devices are capable ofsupplying 500mA of output current continuously.
They are available with several fixed outputvoltages ranging from 1.8V to 5.0V. Although designed primarily asfixed voltage regulators, these devices can be used with externalcomponents to obtain variable voltages and currents.
These rugged devices have Thermal Shutdownand Current Limiting to prevent device failure under the "Worst" ofoperating conditions.
